Who stands behind our construction numbers
BuildNexora publishes construction cost and regulatory guidance for Delhi NCR homeowners. This page explains who reviews that content, what it is based on, and when it was last checked — so you can judge the information instead of taking our word for it.
How our content is reviewed
Every figure we publish comes from the same versioned rate dataset that powers our calculator and BOQ generator. Regulatory answers are written directly from the published source — the NOIDA Building Regulations 2010, the National Building Code 2005 and the relevant IS codes — and cite the clause they are based on.

Structural, cost-data and regulatory review
Last reviewed
Re-checked whenever the source regulation or rate version changes.
Written from the source
Cost content is generated from the versioned rate catalogue that also powers the calculator and BOQ generator. Regulatory answers quote the clause they are based on.
Technical review
The BuildNexora Engineering Team checks structural, cost and regulatory accuracy before anything is published.
Numbers cross-checked
Every published figure is traced back to the current rate version — no numbers are invented for copy.
Published with provenance
Each page carries its source and a last-reviewed date, so you can see how current the information is.
We only put a name on this page when the person is genuinely happy to stand behind the work and the details are accurate. Until then you get the team, not a stock photo.
What we will not publish
- No invented statistics, review counts or star ratings.
- No invented team members, qualifications, project counts or awards.
- No cost figure that cannot be traced back to the rate dataset.
- No regulatory answer without the clause it came from.
